Ingima is hiring a Team Leader for Network and Information Security in the Infrastructure Department of a leading organization!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee various systems in the fields of networking and information security: incident management, implementation of requirements, and project leadership.
• Day-to-day management of the Network and Information Security team.
• Vendor management.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in networking and information security, including team leadership.
• Strong management skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with security systems such as EDR, DLP, VPN, content filtering, network traffic protection, file sanitization systems, and more.
• Knowledge and experience in Switching and Routing (minimum CCNA level).
• Hands-on experience with CISCO and HP equipment.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols.
• Proven project management skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English – a must.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours and participate in on-call shifts.

Full-time position in the central region. Open to all genders.
