This is a key strategic role, managing core interfaces between the division and various business units, focusing on planning processes and program control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the business processes and needs of internal clients (business units).
• Lead and coordinate the division’s work plan process across the division and in collaboration with business units and the Strategy Department.
• Manage and coordinate the divisional portfolio (projects, ongoing operations, and maintenance) with the business units.
• Build a comprehensive annual and quarterly work plan aligned with organizational priorities and divisional resources.
• Oversee change and risk management within the work plan (identify bottlenecks, raise red flags, highlight conflicts).
• Lead the BRM team responsible for planning and monitoring for each business unit.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the PMO team.
• Partner with senior management both within the division and across business units.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Systems – mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a BRM or PMO team – mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT/technology projects in collaboration with business units – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of IT and information systems – mandatory.

We are looking for an experienced Database Team Leader to join our organization. This role includes managing the DBA team and overseeing all database activities across the organization, including setup, maintenance, operations, and support. The position also involves acting as a technical authority and advisor for troubleshooting and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the DBA team and manage day-to-day database operations
• Design, maintain, and support various relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Oversee and manage ELK and Kafka platforms
• Collaborate on ETL processes using tools like DataStage and Talend
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex database issues

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Application/Infrastructure DBA working with Oracle (version 11 and up) and SQL Server
• At least 6 years of experience leading technological teams – mandatory
• Proven experience working with large-scale databases, including design, query writing, optimization, and troubleshooting of complex SQL queries
• Hands-on experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure – advantage
• Experience with at least one programming language – strong advantage

We are looking for a leader to head SAP Unit, managing a team of approximately 30 employees. This role is part of the extended divisional management team and involves overseeing implementation and development teams, full responsibility for work plans, deliverables, end-to-end technology projects, system analysis, development, operations, and maintenance of core operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managerial leadership of the implementation and development teams, including mentoring, professional guidance, and support.
• Planning, tracking, and monitoring the unit’s work plan from initiation to go-live.
• Managing and executing projects under the unit’s responsibility.
• Budget and resource management, including collaboration with external vendors.
• Close cooperation with parallel units within the division.
• Leading the unit in alignment with the division’s project management methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Software Engineering, or a relevant field – mandatory.
• At least three years of experience in a similar role – mandatory.
• Proven experience in defining and managing complex projects with multiple integration interfaces.
