Role &Responsibilities:

• Full     responsibility for managing a DBA team in charge of database and     infrastructure operations, including installations, backups, performance     tuning, upgrades, maintenance, and support for development teams.
• Management     of core systems databases at the heart of business activity.
• Support     for end users in production environments and for developers in test     environments.
• Ongoing     support and management of the following database technologies:

• Support     for various infrastructure systems, including: Oracle Forms/Reports,     Oracle EBS, OIM, CDC.

Requirements:

• 5+     years of experience as an Oracle / MS SQL DBA.
• 3+     years of experience managing a DBA team in an enterprise-scale     organization.
• Strong     planning capabilities, broad systems perspective, and multidisciplinary     understanding.
• Proven     hands-on experience in both application-level and infrastructure-level     environments.
• Demonstrated     expertise in performance troubleshooting and optimization – mandatory.
