We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, anddetail-oriented Junior GenAI & Data Project Coordinator to join our AICenter of Excellence . This role serves as the “copilot”to the AI  Lead, supporting theday-to-day coordination, admin and operational execution of the   portfolio of AI initiatives.

You will support the day-to-day administration andcoordination of   initiatives: managing documentation, meeting cadence,action-item follow-ups, and Jira updates.

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial     & Management Engineering or Information Systems – MUST!
• Experience supporting project coordination or     administrative operations through an internship / student role – MUST!
• Strong organizational skills     and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• High attention to detail and     strong follow-through (“close the loop” mindset).
• Strong analytics and communication skills (written and     verbal) in English–MUST!
