- Own the architecture and design of the Salesforce CPQ system. Perform administrative tasks including configuration of products, product rules, price rules and other parts of Salesforce CPQ.
- Maintain the project queue in Salesforce and streamline product go-to-market process within Salesforce.
- Perform ongoing system administration (maintaining user roles, security settings, profiles, automation, and data integrity).
- Work with Product Management and business stakeholders for product related projects, processes (such as: Product Launch, Product Escalation, Enhancement Requests, Beta Program, Pricing Analysis, product-focused systems administration, and End of Life).
- Maintain reporting and dashboards within Salesforce. Assist with ad hoc reporting requests and optimize the user experience related to reports and dashboards.
- Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, custom objects, object relationships, fields and layouts.
