We are seeking a highly motivated BRM Team Lead to join a top-tier organization and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of work plans within the OCIO department. This is a key strategic role, managing core interfaces between the division and various business units, focusing on planning processes and program control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the business processes and needs of internal clients (business units).
- Lead and coordinate the division’s work plan process across the division and in collaboration with business units and the Strategy Department.
- Manage and coordinate the divisional portfolio (projects, ongoing operations, and maintenance) with the business units.
- Build a comprehensive annual and quarterly work plan aligned with organizational priorities and divisional resources.
- Oversee change and risk management within the work plan (identify bottlenecks, raise red flags, highlight conflicts).
- Lead the BRM team responsible for planning and monitoring for each business unit.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the PMO team.
- Partner with senior management both within the division and across business units.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Systems – mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a BRM or PMO team – mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT/technology projects in collaboration with business units – mandatory.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IT and information systems – mandatory.
