We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Officer (PMO) to join the IT division of a top-tier financial institution.
🔍 About the Role:
This position includes full responsibility for building, managing, and monitoring work plans within the IT division. The role also involves ongoing operational process control, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting procurement and payment workflows.
You’ll work in a dynamic, multi-interface environment that requires strong organizational skills, precision, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, managing, and monitoring work plans for technology projects.
- Tracking tasks, ensuring goal completion and adherence to timelines.
- Monitoring compliance with internal procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Producing control and status reports for management and technical teams.
- Supporting procurement processes: creating purchase orders, monitoring vendor payments, and handling contracts.
- Daily collaboration with internal teams including business units, development teams, project managers, finance, and procurement.
✅ Requirements:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a PMO role, with a focus on tech project work plan management – mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Jira – mandatory (experience with the Structure plugin – an advantage).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong service orientation, personal accountability, and ability to meet deadlines.
