Salesforce Tech Lead

The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for all technical aspects involved in delivering salesforce projects—primarily custom code development (LWC and Apex) but also any other related technical items such as communities and integrations with external applications and date. The technical lead is expected to have extensive experience in software development, including, but not limited to, Salesforce technologies such as Visualforce, Lightning component and Apex. As the Technical Lead, this position will be expected to split their time with approximately 80% dedicated to development work and 20% spent coordinating the salesforce development teams effort. The Lead will be responsible for ing the technical requirements and design and manage developers throughout the development, testing and support phases.

*3+ years' experience with Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, VisualForce,Lightning Web Components, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, WebServices/SOA & Metadata APIs - advantage.
* Develop custom applications on Salesforce platform using modern webtechnologies stack – Must
* Familiarity with Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA) and Web Services –Major advantage
* 2+ years' experience with NPM, (React/Angular 6-7/Vue JS) – Major advantage
* 1+ years' experience with MySql/MSSQL/Mongo DB – Major advantage
* Experience with Redis/Kafka – Major advantage
Skills:
* 2+ years of technical team leadership experience.
* Minimum 3 year of application design and development experience
Familiarity with OOP programming and languages (in particular Java or C#).
* Database and data-modeling knowledge (SQL, NoSQL, Schema Design)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills are a MUST
