We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Team Leader to lead the development team within a major financial institution. This role involves day-to-day team management, providingtechnical solutions for complex challenges, and overseeing the implementationof innovative SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead     and manage the SAP ABAP development team, including day-to-day task     oversight.
• Design,     execute, and implement new SAP projects and system upgrades.
• Collaborate     closely with implementation teams, BASIS, and internal users to define,     design, and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct     code reviews, ensure development quality, improve team performance, and     maintain project timelines in accordance with organizational standards.
• Manage     external vendors, set task priorities effectively, and ensure smooth     project execution.
• Apply     Agile methodologies and participate in organizational agile routines and     tools.

Requirements:

• At     least 4 years of hands-on ABAP development experience in SAP environments,     working with modules such as FI, MM, HR, BP.
• Previous     experience in team leadership or management.
• Strong     understanding of business processes and their integration into SAP     systems.
• Advantage:     Experience in financial institutions.
• Familiarity     with tools such as SAP UI5, SAP BW, or interface environments like PI/PO –     an advantage.
• Ability     to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under     tight deadlines.
• Excellent     interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead     a team.
• Strong     multitasking and independent learning abilities.

Education:

• B.Sc.     in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering (Information Systems     specialization) from a recognized institution, or completion of advanced     IT-related courses.
• High-level     English proficiency is required.

Advantages:

• Prior     experience in PI development.
• Experience     in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or BW.

Head of the SAP Unit

We are looking for a leader to head SAP Unit, managing a team of approximately 30 employees. This role is part of the extended divisional management team and involves overseeing implementation and development teams, full responsibility for work plans, deliverables, end-to-end technology projects, system analysis, development, operations, and maintenance of core operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managerial leadership of the implementation and development teams, including mentoring, professional guidance, and support.
• Planning, tracking, and monitoring the unit’s work plan from initiation to go-live.
• Managing and executing projects under the unit’s responsibility.
• Budget and resource management, including collaboration with external vendors.
• Close cooperation with parallel units within the division.
• Leading the unit in alignment with the division’s project management methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Software Engineering, or a relevant field – mandatory.
• At least three years of experience in a similar role – mandatory.
• Proven experience in defining and managing complex projects with multiple integration interfaces.
• At least five years of hands-on experience in SAP environments.
