We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive innovation and excellence in our digital department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop web projects within the digital department.
• Manage and mentor a team while fostering an innovative tech culture.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, QA managers, infrastructure managers, developers, and senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree – Computer Science / Software Engineering / Management with software background – mandatory.
• 5+ years of development experience – mandatory.
• 3+ years of management/project leadership experience – mandatory.
• Proven experience with FIGMA – mandatory.
• Strong command of JIRA – mandatory.
• Extensive knowledge of Git – mandatory.
• Experience mentoring development teams and conducting Code Reviews – mandatory.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking, high-pressure environment.
• Strong expertise in React, including advanced libraries such as TypeScript and Redux.
• Solid experience with C# server-side development, especially .NET Core – mandatory.
• Experience with Unit Testing – advantage.
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8S) – advantage.
• Strong understanding of code optimization and performance tuning.
